Esateys (pronounced ee-SAH-teez) did not arrive at this work through theory. She arrived through her personal experience and people — thousands of them, over more than thirty years of retreats, seminars, private coaching, and speaking on stages around the world.
Again and again, the people who sought her out were not the ones whose lives were falling apart. They were the ones whose lives were working — impressively, visibly working — and who could not understand why that wasn’t enough. High achievers. Builders. Women who had done everything right.
What she discovered, sitting with them, is that the problem was never the life. It was the distance between the life that functions and the life that feels like one’s own — a distance she came to call the Private Success Gap™.
